Document Description
The Project proposes construction of a "major" retail anchor (Wal Mart) totaling ~205,000 sf, including outdoor garden center uses. The remaining parcels/pads will be entitled for commercial uses. Those uses include a 3,200 sf fast food restaurant with drive-through, a 2,800 sf convenience store with 16 pump fueling station and a drive-through car wash, a 3,000 sf fast food restaurant with drive-through, a 6,500 sf high turnover sit-down restaurant, 13,800 sf of retail shops, and a 6,680 sf automobile service and repair. The proposed project would also include associated roadway improvements, parking, landscaping, and drainage features.
