Document Description
This proposed project involves the development of 20.6 acres of undeveloped land into a mixed use commercial and residential development. The commercial development includes two major commercial buildings with other pads for shops and a car wash on 10.9 acres. The residential development includes multiple apartment buildings on 8.8 acres. The entire site will be developed with associated features including parking, drive aisles, and landscaping.
