Document Description
The City of Long Beach is proposing to construct a new Administration Building and Maintenance Facility. The project is designed as a campus-like setting that consolidates the Port's administration and maintenance functions at a single campus, along with public open space amenities. The main project structure would be an approximately 250,000 square foot Administration Building tower, a parking structure with a boardroom wing located above it, and a maintenance building adjacent to it.
