Document Description
The Pacific Pool Park Project involves the development of a public pool on city-owned land within the existing Pacific Park & Community Center facility. The pool will replace an underused pedestrian circulation space, preserving the majority of the existing children's playground. The design of the pool is "L" shape and will accommodate children's activities, instruction, fitness programming, and lap swim as well as other swim programming. The facility will be supported by the new building, which will feature lifeguard and staff space, locker rooms, and restrooms, as well as a new building for maintenance, mechanical systems, and storage.
