Document Description
Plot Plan No. 22306 proposes to construct a 7,253 square foot structure (0.21 Floor Area Ratio) for the purposes of a Montessori School for 144 children up to 12 years old. The proposal will conduct business from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm and will have 6 full time staff members and 6 part time staff members on site. The project consists of six classrooms ranging from 652 square feet to 900 square feet, a 352 square foot infants sleep area, a 183 square foot kitchen, a 124 square foot office, 10,111 square foot (32%) of landscaping, a 3,527 square foot sand-lot, and 19 parking stalls on a 0.80 gross acre lot.
