- NOTE: Final EIR The project proposes development of up to 1,092 dwelling units, with some opportunities for mixed use in areas designated as multiple residential (SR-RM), as well as approximately 106,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial and office uses. The project is also proposed to include an elementary school with capacity to serve up to 700 students, and a network of parks, recreational facilities, and pedestrian and bicycle facilities. The project is anticipated to be built out in approximately four phases over a period of approximately 10 years.
