The J&S Site was used as an electroplating facility from 1954 to 1991, contributing to the release of heavy metal constituents into the Site's underlying soils and shallow groundwater zone. The LASI Site was used as a chrome plating facility between 1963 and 1999, similarly contributing to the release of heavy metal constituents into the Site's underlying soils and shallow groundwater zone.
