Document Description
The Amendment is a Redevelopment Plan for approximately 14,823 acres. The project is a proposal by the Redevelopment Agency for the County of Riverside to adopt a Redevelopment Plan amendment to the Desert Communities Redevelopment Project Area. The proposed amendment consists of an approximately 14,823 acre expansion of the Desert Communities Redevelopment Project Area. The Amendment Area is comprised of four non-contiguous sub-areas. Size of each sub-area is as follows: 1,951 acres for 100 Palms sub-area; 9,936 acres for Oasis sub-area; 566 for Mecca sub-area; and 2,370 acres for North Shore sub-area.
