Document Description
The proposed project is the site development and construction of a water park on 15 acres consisting of pools, slides, and other types of water rides, concession stands, gift shop, party room, changing room with lockers, restrooms, picnic areas, service yard, and parking lot. The water park will be operating approximately four months of the calendar year. The park will be open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10:00AM to 8:00PM. It is anticipated that the park will employ 15 full time employees and 300 seasonal employees.
