The south side of the 36-inch culvert will be held in place by a new concrete wall with two wing walls and a five-foot un-grouted cobblestone rock apron installed directly adjacent to the south side of Minto Road to protect the downstream portion of the crossing. A stormwater detention weir that includes a stacked concrete slope protection apron will be installed on the north side of Minto Road directly adjacent to the proposed new culvert inlet.
