Document Description
Conditional Use Permit Application C-13-018 has been submitted to amend Conditional Use Permit Application No. C-08-186, to ensure that the Conditional Use Permit that is required by the City's zoning ordinance for public facilities such as parks is consistent with the Master Plans as recently amended by the City Council and City Manager. Furthermore, the potential basin planned to serve both the park and the zoo, and whose impacts were analyzed in the FEIR, requires conditional use permit approval. The proposed CUP amendment is within the scope of the original FEIR certified for the Master Plans project on June 30, 2011, as detailed in the Addendum to the FEIR dated October 25, 2013 and approved by the Fresno City Council on November 7, 2013.
