- The proposed project consists of the following: 1. A Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 19.01+/- acres into 35 lots in the McClellan Special Planning Area (SPA). The project consists of twenty-four (24 half-plex lots, six (6) single-family lots, two (2) open space lots (Lots A/B), one (1) parking lot, one (1) clubhouse and restaurant lot. Note: All development is currently existing on the property. No new roads, sewers or changes in the number of dwelling units are proposed with this application. 2. A Special Development Permit to allow the project site to be served by private drives. 3. An Affordable Housing Plan consisting of the payment of in-lieu and affordability fees.
