Document Description
The project consists of planting trees and landscaping within the existing medians along Madison Avenue. Oak trees will be planted in the area between Manzanita Avenue and Ogilby Way. The project also proposes to install an automatic irrigation system where water service is feasible. In the case of insufficient water service, the landscaping will be maintained by truck watering.
