Document Description
The project involves the restoration of native habitat at the former site of a tuberculosis hospital. Five Eucalyptus trees, which are non-native and invasive, will be felled by District staff and cointracting arborist. The site will be replated with native species and actively monitored and maintained. A tree removal permit was obtained from San Mateo County.

Maintenance and minor alteration of existing public facilities, with no expansion of existing use. There are no special conditions at the site such as hazardous materials or rare species.
