Document Description
The project involves the installation of modular trailers, construction of new small complex yard clinics and remodeling of existing medical facilities. Several locations within the existing prison will have custom 5th wheel trailers installed to provide new clinical exam rooms and a single-wide modular building will be installed to provide temporary space for administrative functions. A modular trailer will be constructed to provide an administration building that will contain general office and support space, including space for staff training room.

This project consists of the repair, remodeling, replacement or construction of new, small facilities in previously disturbed areas with no significant environmental resources. The project does not involve the use of any significant amounts of hazardous substances. Existing on-site electrical and gas services will be extended to the new structures. All necessary public services and facilities are available. This is one of a class of projects the Secretary for Resources has found does not have a significant effect on the environment.
