Repair an existing culvert on an unmanned ephemeral tributary (locally known as Ponygate Gulch) to Sonoma Creek where it crosses Adobe Canyon Road at the entrance to Sugarloaf Ridge State Park near Kenwood. This culvert, and associated erosion control and bank stabilization structures, sustained severe damage during the intense rainfall events of January 2006.
