Document Description
Remove existing community garden greenhouse constructed in 1984. Remove existing greenhouse concrete pad and replace with 3/4 inch Class II road base with filter fabric weed barrier. Install new prefabricated 20 foot wide by 20 foot long by 10.5 foot high greenhouse at same location as old greenhouse. Install 50 amp electrical service from existing Service Building to the greenhouse by way of a 30 foot long by 1 foot wide by 2 foot deep electrical trench.
