Document Description
The goal of the overall project is to develop an attractive entrance, increase visitation, and interpret the history of the site, specifically the house of Simon Rodia. The proposed project is the conceptual design development by the City of Los Angeles to upgrade existing public use areas. No improvements would occur in the Historic Zone. The improvements proposed include benches, fountains, and landscaping. The project will be managed by the City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department with Support from State Parks.
