The Operator proposes to alter the streambed and banks by removing vegetation and sediments from a concrete-lined channel Northbound and Southbound of Interstate 605 near Rose Hills Road and Mission Mills Road to prevent flooding in the area. The channel is ~1500 ft. long. The width of the channel is 24 ft. The total area for the project is 36,000 sf.
