Project will result in the improvement of habitat for fish and wildlife resources. Surface will be restored. Project does nto result in the taking of endangered, rare, or threatened plant or animal species or significant erosion and sedimentation of surface waters. An Easement Access Permit or Right of Entry Permit will be required for this project and will not result in any changes in land use or density.
