Document Description
The work includes rehabilitating ~22,000 LF of existing 48" diameter reinforced concrete pipeline that conveys an average of 6.5 million gallons of daily wastewater flows to the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility. The pipeline is severely corroded and must be repaired to re-establish structural integrity and reliability.

In response to public health and safety concerns, the Lodi City Council authorized emergency repairs to the pipeline on October 17, 2007, by declaring a local state of emergency. The emergency repairs are to mitigate public health and safety risks associated with the poor condition of the pipeline.
