Document Description
This project will be to repair and upgrade Residence #2, Facility number 44-A-3-05-2-001. The roof of this facility needs to be repaired because of water damage and broken tiles. Electrical service to this facility will be updated to accommodate modern applicances. The water supply system will also be updated to current building codes. The wood floors in this residence will need to be sanded and re-sealed. This residence will also receive new paint on the exterior and interior walls.
