This project will be to repair and upgrade Residence #1, Facility number 446-A-3-05-3-001. The roof of this facility needs to be repaired because of water damage and broken tiles. Electrical services to this facility will be updated to accommodate moder appliances. The water supply system will also be updated to current building codes. The ceilings and wood floors in this residence will be repaired for water damage and dry rot. The kitchen cabinets will also be repaired or replaced as some cabinet doors are missing. This residence will also receive new paint on the exterior and interior walls.
