Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA), a member agency to Metropolitian Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan), is proposing to construct turnouts and metering facilities at CB-14 and CB-20 along Metropolitan's Rialto Pipeline. Metropolitan will issue facilities, and enter tinto an agreement with IEUA for the construction of the service connections.
