- Caltrans proposes to improve pedestrian accessibility at the intersection of Eureka Way (SR 44) and Pine Street in downtown Redding by replacing curb ramps at the northeast and northwest corners, and installing new curb ramps at the southeast and southwest corners of the intersection. The project is needed to bring pedestrian facilities up to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. No permits will be needed.
