Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to grant an entry permit to Engineering Resources of Southern California and a permanent easement to the City of Hemet for access to portions of APN 431-200-022 and 455-110-015 (portions of Metropolitan Parcel Numbers SDAC-1-1, SDAC-2-1, and 144-5-2). The entry permit will be granted to conduct preliminary studies and preparation work for street improvements and a traffic signal at the intersection of Warren Road and Esplanade Avenue. A permanent easement will be granted to Metropolitan's property to construct, operate, and maintain the traffic signal.
