Document Description
Revision/update to the City's General Plan. The present General Plan was approved in 1975. Update and Revise policy and programs documents to comply with state law. This revision contains numerous environmental protection policies and is intended to improve living conditions for residents in Loyalton. The General Plan anticipates little infill growth and no expansion into environmentally sensitive areas. The footprint for development will not change nor is contemplated as a result of this general plan. No land use designations are being changed. No new construction activity will result from adoption of this policy program document.
