Document Description
1. Site Development Permit SDP14-002 to allow the construction of a 9,100 +/- square foot retail commercial building for Dollar General and associated parking, landscaping, utilities, and road improvements. The project includes excavation of 1,604+/- cubic yards and placement of 152+/- cubic yards of fill. Proposed parking for the project is 40 spaces. The 1.4+/- acre site is zoned C-2 (Heavy Commercial) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code; and 2. Conditional Use Permit CUP14-004 to allow the installation of a 96 square foot interior lighted tall detached sign and a 150 square foot interior lighted attached sign.
