Conditional Use Permit CUP06-023 to allow the following on the 1.4 +/- acre parcel zoned C-2 (Heavy Commercial) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code: (a) a mini-mart, car wash, and fast food restaurant with drive-thru, and (b) a non-appurtenant sign for the drugstore on the adjoining property to the north.
