Document Description
Clark Precast, LLC proposes to reuse the project site as a pre-cast concrete production facility and will utilize existing site structures, with the addition of a limited number of new improvements, to produce a range of pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete products. These products are used in a variety of high rise residential, industrial, commercial, transportation, parking, and other structures. The proposed project site consists of a 90 acre portion of 246-acre parcel in unincorporated Yolo County. Various County approvals are required, including a zoning change, conditional use permit, General Plan Amendment, and a development agreement.
