Document Description
The project proposes to split the parcel into 6 parcels, each having frontage on Mullen Parkway. In order to create buildable lots, the drainage that bisects the property from north to south, known as the Bonneyview Drain, will have to be relocated to the rear of the parcels. This relocation will require multiple permits from multiple agencies. This permitting process will have to be completed prior to recording the final map.
