The EIR for the Transportation 2035 Plan is programmatic EIR that evaluates the environmental effects of implementing the 25-year regional transportation plan for the San Francisco Bay Area. The Transportation 2035 Plan is a blueprint to help achieve a coordinated and balanced regional transportation system in the Bay Area. The Bay Area is comprised of nine counties; Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma.
