Site Development Permit SDP06-007 to allow the construction of a free-standing drugstore with a drive-up window that can operate 24 hours a day on a 1.4+/- acre project site zoned C-2 (Heavy Commercial) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
