The property is currently zoned as a Forest Fire Station and the use would not change.
Replacement of an existing CAL FIRE Forest Fire Station. All existing buildings and most existing structures would be demolishing and the station re-built with construction of new buildings, structures, appurtenances, and landscaping on the same 2.7-acre parcel of state-owned land.
