Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0150-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Butte County - Department of Public Works. The proposed project would make a series of roadway and intersection improvements that include the installation of an eight-phase traffic-actuated signal system, widening of Butte Campus Drive and Villa Vista Drive to extend the left turn pockets, re-alignment of existing roadside ditches, re-construction of shoulders. The project will also extend an existing 21x15-inch arch-pipe crossing Butte Campus Drive, and overlay the entire intersection and roadway approaches. Concrete curbs and pedestrian ramps will be installed on the Butte Campus side of Durham-Pentz Road, as well as flashing beacons and signage.
