Document Description
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SPFUC) approved the Crystal Springs San Andreas Transmission Upgrade Project ("Project") by Resolution 10-0081 on May 11, 2010. The project as approved by the SFPUC involves; - Seismic and functional upgrades to the Upper Crystal Springs Dam Culverts, including seismic strengthening of the Lower Culvert, which crosses the San Andreas Fault rupture zones. - Implementation of habitat mitigation sites including, but not limited to, full implementation of the San Andreas and Adobe Gulch habitat improvement sites. The project is a capital improvement project approved by the SFPUC as part of the Water System Improvement Program ("WSIP"). The WSIP was approved by the SFPUC on October 30, 2008 by Resolution No. 08-0200.
