Document Description
The project proposes several water system upgrades to existing facilities in and around the Crystal Springs and San Andreas Reservoirs in San Mateo County, including at the Crystal Springs Pump Station and near the Harry Tracy Water Treatment Plant. Proposed upgrades include: a) seismic upgrades; b) structural upgrades to improve redundancy and pumping capacity; and c) access route improvements along the existing transmission pipeline alignment. Facilities to be upgraded include the Upper Crystal Springs Dam culverts, Crystal Springs Outlet Structures 1 and 2, the Crystal Springs Pump Station (complete replacement), the Crystal Springs/San Andreas Pipeline (partial replacement), and San Andreas Outlet Structures 2 and 3.
