Document Description
The primary purpose of the plan is to implement the Option B provisions of General Plan Policy 7.4.4.4. and to Implement Measure CO-P. These provisions establish an Oak Conservation in-lieu fee for the purchase of conservation easements for oak woodland in areas identified as Priority Conservation Areas. The ordinance establishes a program for implementing the Oak Woodland Management Plan by identifying applicable development projects to which the program applies, identifies exceptions and exemptions, establishes a conservation in-lieu fee for off-site mitigation of impacts to oak woodland and provides procedures for fee collection, accounting, and annual review of the program.
