Document Description
The OWMP is the first component of the Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) that is required by the County's 2004 General Plan Measure CO-P and Policy 7.4.2.8. The objective of the OWMP is to provide the County with a planning tool for the conservation of oak woodland resources. The OWMP outlines the County's approach for conserving its valuable oak resources and identifies specific oak woodland conservation areas and methods for the County to implement an oak woodland ordinance that fulfills the requirements for the General Plan and EIR.
