Document Description
The project consist of a request for approval for a Planned Development Master Community (PD-MC) zoning district, a vesting tentative map, a development agreement, and an Environmental Impact Report to demolish the existing building on the site and to construct 806 housing units, including 45 single family homes, 152 town homes, 73 row houses and 536 multi-family (apartments) units. The PD-MC zoning district is intended for mixed-use developments on a site greater than 25 acres and establishes regulators that are compatible with the existing community.
