Document Description
The project proposes to retain the existing buildings and parking lot and construct six new industrial/office buildings totaling 951,000 square feet, bringing the total building square footage on the site to 1,415,800. Five of the six new buildings will be located on parcel 22-56-008 along with a new surface parking lot and recreational area. The sixth building will be constructed on the existing surface parking lot and recreational area. The sixth building will be constructed on the existing surface parking lot just north of the Ranch Road/McCarthy Boulevard intersection. Directly west of the sixth building will a parking deck which will provide one elevated level of parking over the existing surface parking lot. Each of the new buildings will be five stories with a maximum height of 82 feet (which includes rooftop mechanical equipment).
