Document Description
Application for Tract Map for 20 attached town homes in four buildings. Applicant is applying for a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from Category 1 Low Density Residential to Category 3 Medium Density Residential, a zone change from A-1 (Light Agriculture) to R-3-DP (Limited Multiple), and a Development Permit Conditional Use Permit. Ingress and egress will be provided by a driveway from 223rd Street leading to garages below each of the units. A total of 45 parking spaces will be provided, five of which will be for guests. A tot lot will also be provided on site. An existing house and garage will be demolished. There will be approximately 3,000 cubic yards of grading.
