Document Description
The 10.2-acre project site is located at 6850 Mission Gorge Road at the northwest corner of Mission Gorge Road and Old Cliff Road in the city of San Diego (APN 458-030-1700). The project site is located in the RM 3-7 (multi-family residential) zone and is designated for multi-family residential development at 30-43 dwelling units/acre (du/ac) as identified in the Navajo Community Plan (NCP). The project does not propose a change to the existing RM-3-7 zone. The project site is within the Mobile Home Overlay Zone, CPIOZ Type B area, and FAA Part 77 Noticing Area for Montgomery Field.
