The proposed project would be located at 1011 and 1055 Grandview Avenue and involve the construction of 300 multi-family residential units and 5,400 square foot clubhouse. The proposed project would provide 625 paqrking spaces, developed in a semi-subterranean structure. Project implementation would require the demolition and removal of an approximately 60,600 square foot commercial building and an approximately 47,418 square foot one story commercial building with an underground parking garage with 49 spaces, as well as, the existing four-level parking structure.
