All proposed project activities will be confined to the north and northwest portions of the subject site, and the rest of the project site will be left as natural open space. The project site falls within the Castaic Community Standards District. There is a flood control easement on the northwest tip of the project site. A Conditional Use Permit will be required for hillside management and for the proposed 110,000 cubic yards of grading.
