- The project proposes a Tentative Map for an approximate 13-acre business park development. The proposed project site would consist of 152,450 square feet of general commercial uses. Proposed roadway improvements include the widening of Central Avenue/SR-74 and partially improving Cambern Avenue along the project frontage. The project also proposes the construction of a subsurface storm drain system, an on-site detention basin, and up to five-foot retaining walls along the drainage area on the southeastern property line.
