Document Description
The proposed "project" is the amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Merged Central Business District and West End Projects. The proposed 2008 Plan Amendment includes: 1) the addition of 15.1 acres of territory; 2) an increase in the tax increment limit of the Merged Project Area; and 3) the reinstatement of the Agency's eminent domain authority on two commercial properties.
