Document Description
The City of San Bernardino, Public Works Division, proposes to demolish the existing bridge on Old Waterman Canyon Road approximately 3/4 mile north of Waterman Avenue (Highway 18), and construct a new bridge at the same location. The area of potential direct effect (APDE) is 2.23 acres. The existing bridge was severely damaged during several storms in 2003 and 2005; the damage to the bridge was reviewed by FEMA and determined to be eligible for funding under Disaster Declaration No. 1577 in June of 2005.
