Document Description
The project consists of approx. two buildings and encompasses approx. 38,820 square ft. of building space, including 22 classrooms, a multipurpose room, approx. 50 subterranean parking spaces for faculty and staff, and the expansion of the existing two playgrounds. The project also includes expansions and renovations to the existing Bellingham Primary Center, which include reconfiguration of the existing library and multipurpose room. The project would provide 550 two-semester seats for students in grades K-5th and would require a total of approx. 45 full-time faculty and staff.
