Note: Reference SCH# 2008021061 The Sylmar Community Plan (Community Plan) is one of 35 Community Plans which comprise the Land Use Element of the General Plan. The project is the proposed New Community Plan Program, or restudy, of the Sylmar Community Plan, which is intended to: a. Guide development through 2030 b. Refine and amend the existing 1996 General Plan Framework Element; c. Amend the Mobility Element d. Initiate Plan Amendments and Zone Changes necessary to implement the General Plan e. Amend and establish Overlay Districts f. Refine and amend any applicable Citywide Elements of the General Plan.
